Wednesday: 4pm Studio B - 1 + hour of Peace (Yin Yoga / Restorative Yoga)
Thursday: 5:15pm Heavenly Yoga - 1 + hour of Joy (Hatha Yoga Flow)
Saturday (will be announced on Facebook) : 10:30am Heavenly Yoga - 1 + hour of Bliss (Vinyasa Flow Yoga)

Hot Yoga or Paradise
This is a series of 26 poses performed in a heated room. Most Yoga poses (asanas) are performed twice and held for a minute or 30 seconds. Heat is used to allow the body to go deeper and safer into the poses. It eliminates the risk of injuries, promotes sweating and helps to release toxins. This class uses the same routine every time. Hot Yoga is a way to experience paradise on earth.
Hatha Yoga or Joy
A very gentle Yoga class that holds poses longer and works with relaxing the entire body, while bringing awareness to all the muscles, joints, veins, tissues and organs. It also uses the breath to go deeper into opening restricted areas in the body and exploring the benefits of meditation. A truly joyful experience.
Yin Yoga or Peace
Yin Yoga is also known as passive yoga practice. It involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia, mainly done on the floor. The poses are supported by yoga bolsters, blocks and blankets. The time spent in these postures is much like time spent in meditation. Yin Yoga will help regulate the flow of energy in the body. An amazing peaceful yoga practice.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga or Bliss
This is a fun filled yoga flow class designed to make you feel blissful! A moving meditation which includes Sun Salutations (Downward Dog, Upward Dog and Chaturanga) Warrior poses, balancing poses and core movements. Joints unwind in the process, muscles are released, energy is moved. The flow style yoga creates an environment where all levels and abilities can practice and succeed individually. Vinyasa Flow Yoga emphasizes the breath as the foundation to connect mind, body and spirit.
Hot Fusion Yoga or Divine
This is a mixture between the Hot Yoga poses and the Power Vinyasa asanas. A great combination of both practices and an excellent way to get into the flow routine and explore the benefits of movement and breath. Hot Fusion Yoga offers the perfect mixture of strength, flexibility and relaxation.
This is a 30 minute class that is done in a chair or wheelchair. It's a wonderful yoga class that promotes movement in shoulder, arm, legs and torso in a safe way. Blood circulation is activated, movement increased and a feeling of well being and peace created.
